COMPLIANCE REVIEW TERMS OF SERVICE & PAYMENT

By requesting broker compliance review services from First-Class Closings for a fee of $50, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by First-Class Closings (herein referred to as "Company") as a real estate agent. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from submitting your request or remitting payment for listing services or for any of our additional services.

Compliance Review Terms - 

1. Payment of the Compliance review fee in the amount of $50 must be made prior to the commencement of the compliance review services. Please contact Teresa to arrange payment at teresa@firstclassclosingsllc.com . 
2. Failure to pay the Compliance review fee will result in the cancellation of the compliance review services.
3. First-Class Closings reserves the right to refuse compliance review services to any agent for any reason at any time. If a refusal of services should occur and payment has been made, a refund will be issued to the agent.
4. The compliance review fee is non-refundable, even if the property does not sell or the compliance review services are canceled.
