Referral Program

1. The $50 discount ("Discount") applies only to the next pending transaction that closes.
2. The Discount will be deducted from the total amount owed for the pending Transaction at the time of closing ($50 off of $495=$445).
3. If the referring agent's Transaction does not close, the Discount will no longer apply.
4. The Discount cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to past transactions.
5. The Discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
6. The referring Agent may refer more than 1 agent, and will receive a $50 credit at closing for each referral.
7. The referring Agent understands that the total discount will not exceed $50 per closed transaction.
8. The Company may modify or terminate the Discount at any time.

By participating, you agree to these Terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the Discount. Contact Teresa for any questions.
