Please upload the listing agreement, sellers disclosure, flood disclosure, wire fraud disclosure (if applicable to your brokerage), the completed RE1/RE2 form, and HOA docs if you have a copy.
If you require my assistance with ordering a sign/rider or photos, please be sure to provide your preferred vendor information and account information for ordering purposes.
***Please note that the $125 fee must be paid before services can be provided.

****It is the Agent's responsibility to obtain signatures on the listing agreement, flood disclosure, sellers disclosure, wire fraud, and any other required listing documents. An RE1/RE2 is also required to ensure that all property information can be listed in the MLS. Without this information, the MLS listing will be incomplete.
By requesting listing coordination services from First-Class Closings for a fee of $125, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by First-Class Closings (herein referred to as "Company") as a real estate agent. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from submitting your request or remitting payment for listing services or for any of our additional services.
